Enable actionable voice notifications

Feature coming soon: Actionable voice notifications
Actionable voice notifications allow you to answer an ACD interaction directly from the notification you receive. 

To enable actionable voice notifications, follow these steps.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. Click Menu > Account > Organization Settings.
  4. Click the Settings tab.
  5. Under Contact Center, turn on Enable actionable voice notifications.
    Note: To disable actionable notifications, turn off Enable actionable voice notifications.
  6. Click Save.
