To enable the ability to download a voicemail: Voicemail > Voicemail > Download
To enable the ability to listen to a group voicemail: Voicemail > Group Voicemail > Stream
To enable the ability to delete a group voicemail: Voicemail > Group Voicemail > Delete

To download a voicemail, do the following:

Open the voicemail in your voicemail box.
Click Download
