Does running benefit assessment consume my AI tokens when GPR is enabled?

AI tokens are consumed only when an interaction is routed from a queue has predictive routing enabled. No AI tokens are used in the following scenarios:

• When running benefit assessment.
• When running comparison or value-monitoring mode.
• When an interaction on a queue that has GPR enabled is routed using a different routing method due to a timeout.
