Manage an agentic virtual agent

You can duplicate, delete, or rename an existing agentic virtual agent by clicking the More icon on the agent’s tile. 

Duplicate an agent

  1. Click Menu > Orchestration > AI Studio > Agentic Virtual Agents.
  2. (Optional) To search for a specific agent, start typing the name of the agent in the search box. As you type, the matching agents are shown.
  3. Click the More icon on the agent’s tile and select Duplicate. The Duplicate agent dialog box appears.
  4. Enter a new name for the agent that you are about to create.
  5. Click Duplicate. A new agent is created with all the settings copied from the source agent.

      Delete an agent

      1. Click Menu > Orchestration > AI Studio > Agentic Virtual Agents.
      2. (Optional) To search for a specific agent, start typing the name of the agent in the search box. As you type, the matching agents are shown.
      3. Click the More icon on the agent’s tile and select Delete. The Delete agent dialog box appears.
      4. Click Delete to delete the agent or click Cancel to cancel deletion.

      Update an agent’s display information

      1. Click Menu > Orchestration > AI Studio > Agentic Virtual Agents.
      2. (Optional) To search for a specific agent, start typing the name of the agent in the search box. As you type, the matching agents are shown.
      3. Click the More icon on the agent’s tile and select Update display info. The Update display info dialog box appears.
      4. Click the Refresh icon to pick an avatar randomly. Repeat it until you are satisfied with the profile picture.
      5. In the Rename field, type the new name for the agent.
      6. Click Save to save the changes or click Cancel to ignore the changes and close the dialog box.
