Install the Genesys TTS Connector integration from Genesys Cloud’s Integrations page. Then, configure and activate the integration.

Notes:
  • The following billing terms apply to the usage of TTS Connector during Limited Availability (LA) and after General Availability (GA, date TBD):
    • No charges during LA: Genesys does not charge customers or partners for downloading, installing, or using the TTS Connector for either testing or production use during the LA period.
    • Post GA usage: Genesys Cloud will begin billing for TTS Connector usage upon GA. After GA, enrolled organizations will emit BYOT-A events. Genesys Cloud will count these events toward usage per million of TTS characters. For more information, see .
    • No retroactive charges: Genesys will not retroactively charge customers or partners for TTS consumption incurred during the LA period.
  • Before you can obtain the Genesys TTS Connector premium application, you must contact Genesys Cloud Sales to update your subscription. For more information, see and .
  1. Ensure that your subscription is up to date.
  2. Log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add Genesys TTS Connector.
  3. Click Admin.
  4. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
  5. Click Menu > IT and Integrations > Integrations.
  6. Click Integrations.
  7. In the Search box, type Genesys TTS Connector. The card for Genesys TTS Connector appears.
  8. Click the Genesys TTS Connector card. Information about the app appears.
  9. Click Install.

Genesys TTS Connector is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Integrations page.
