Agents Evaluation Detail view

The Agents Evaluation Detail view displays information about an agent’s evaluations. This view displays all completed evaluations for an agent within the selected time period, regardless of whether they have been released. By default, it includes both policy-generated evaluations and ad-hoc evaluations submitted by a user, using either standard evaluation forms or Agent Auto-Evaluation forms. To view only the evaluations submitted automatically by the Virtual Supervisor, filter the view by an Agent Auto-Evaluation form.

Note: Genesys Cloud automatically adds Quality > Evaluation - searchAny permission to roles that already have UI > Supervisor Agent Details - View, Quality > Evaluation - Edit, or Quality > Evaluation - Edit Score permission.
