Manage a forecast modification
AI-generated summary
Genesys Cloud enables users to manage forecast modifications through the Workforce Management Forecasting interface. Users can open forecasts by selecting a business unit and accessing the forecast link, then manage modifications through the Modifications tab. Key management capabilities include editing modifications by adjusting parameters through the More menu option, with changes reflected in either the forecast graph (by dragging graph points) or the Forecast Grid (by clicking metrics and making adjustments). Users can arrange the application order of multiple modifications by moving them up or down in the sequence. Modifications can be temporarily disabled via an Enabled switch toggle while preserving them for future use, or permanently deleted through the Delete option with confirmation. All changes require clicking Finish Changes to save modifications. This functionality allows administrators to maintain flexible forecast management with granular control over modification parameters, sequencing, and lifecycle management.
