Install Genesys Summarization Connector

This procedure explains how to install and configure Genesys Summarization Connector from Genesys Cloud’s Integrations page. Installation adds the app to your organization’s Genesys Cloud Integrations page. Then, configure and activate it.

Note: You can add up to 10 Genesys Summarization Connector integrations per organization.

Install Genesys Summarization Connector from the Integrations page

  1. Log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add Bot Transcription Connector.
  2. Click Menu > IT and Integrations > Integrations.
  3. Click Integrations.
  4. In the Search box, type Genesys Summarization Connector. The card for Genesys Summarization Connector appears.
  5. Click the Genesys Summarization Connectorcard. Information about the app appears.
  6. Click Install.

Genesys Summarization Connector is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Integrations page.
