Download a screen recording

You can download policy-based screen recordings one at a time.

1. Click Performance > Workspace > Interactions.
2. Click Menu > Analytics > Analytics Workspace.
3. In the Default section, search for Interactions and then click the view name to open it.
4. Click an interaction.
5. If applicable, click Next Recording to navigate through the recordings associated with the interaction.
6. Click View Screen Recording. A playback window opens.
