AI Studio acts as the new command center for building and managing the next generation of AI-powered customer experiences. It gives organizations a centralized and secure environment to configure, control, and scale their AI capabilities across the Genesys Cloud platform.​ Users with or without technical know-how can easily get started with AI Studio to create AI experiences through the no-code and low-code tools, fostering faster and broader innovation.​ Additionally, it comes with a built-in system to govern and ensure that all AI capabilities are compliant and aligned with the enterprise policies.

Key features of AI Studio

The workbench includes the following features:

  • AI Guides: Allows business teams to create Virtual Agents that respond intelligently to customer context and adapt their behavior dynamically within conversations, without needing to write complex logic or code. For more information about building and managing AI Guides, see .
  • Customizable Summaries: Allows admins to shape interaction summaries to fit their business needs, enhancing consistency, compliance, and operation efficiency across human and AI agent interactions. For more information about customizing conversation summaries, see .
  • Agentic virtual agents: Allows business teams to create and manage Large Action Model (LAM)–powered virtual agents in AI Studio and deploy them in Architect-enabled flows.
