Confirmations overview
A confirmation is the message a bot sends to confirm that it understands the user’s intent.
Confirmations respond to user inputs and help move the conversation forward. When you create an intent, the system creates a default confirmation message using the name of your intent. You can edit this message from the bot flow’s Settings menu. For more information, see Configure bot flow settings.
