Client does not appear

Note: This article applies to Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework, Genesys Cloud for Chrome, Genesys Cloud for Firefox, Genesys Cloud for Salesforce, and Genesys Cloud for Zendesk.

The Genesys Cloud embedded client does not appear in your third-party product. 

In your Genesys Cloud organization, you enabled Restrict Genesys Cloud Embedding but did not add domains under Allow Embeddable Domain(s)

If you enable Restrict Genesys Cloud Embedding, you must add domains to the allowlist that the Genesys Cloud embedded client needs to access.
