What happens when I log in via SSO but reach the inactivity timeout?
If you use single sign-on (SSO) and Genesys Cloud logs you out when the inactivity timer expires, then you are routed to your IDP login portal, not to the Genesys Cloud login page. If you log out manually, then you route to the Genesys Cloud login page.
