View evaluator summary

1. Click Admin.
2. Under Quality, click Evaluators.

Click Menu > Conversation Intelligence > Quality Management > Evaluators.

The evaluator summary provides an overview of quality evaluator activity, including name, group, evaluations performed out of the total number assigned, and calibrations performed.

To view more information about an evaluator’s activity, click a name.

All users in your organization appear by default. To see activity from one group or agent work team at a time, select a group or work team and then click Apply Filter. For more information about how to create groups or work teams, see the Suggested Articles.
