View and manage conversation schemas
To view all available schemas, click Menu > Orchestration > Orchestration Assets > Conversation Schemas. The Conversation Schemas view shows all available schemas with the following details for each schema:
| Column name | Description |

| Schema Name | The schema name. |
| Description | The description that you entered when creating the schema. |
| Version | The current version of the schema, which also indicates the number of revisions it has gone through. Note: The system automatically increments the version if you modify the schema and its attributes, enable the schema, or disable the schema. After an increment, you cannot revert the schema back to a previous version. |
| Version Saved | The date when the schema’s version was last incremented. |
| Active | The toggle that allows you to enable or disable a schema. It also indicates the current state of the schema. |
| Action | The actions that you can perform on the schema.

Edit conversation schemas
- Select a schema from the available list of schemas or click Edit Schema under the Action column. The Edit Conversation Schema page appears.
- Make the required changes to the schema and attributes. For more information about the schema properties and other limitations, see Create conversation schemas.
- Click Save Schema to save the changes or click Cancel to cancel the changes.
Preview conversation schemas
- Click Preview Schema under the Action column against the schema that you want to preview.
- Review the schema and attribute details.
- Click Cancel to close the dialog box.
