Modify a screen recording’s archive or delete the date
To modify a screen recording’s archive or delete the date, perform the following steps:
- Open the playback window for a screen recording.
- At the top of the playback window, click Edit.
- Modify the dates as necessary:
- To modify the date, click the archive date or delete the date and modify it.
- To remove the date, click X.
- To add a date, click the field and choose a date.
- Click Save.
Note: If you modify the archive or delete date for the other recordings for the interaction and select Apply Update to All Recordings, then Genesys Cloud updates the dates for screen recordings as well.
