Manage your WhatsApp business account

With Embedded Signup, you have full ownership and control over your WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs). You can manage your WhatsApp business assets and account settings using WhatsApp Manager.

Some WhatsApp messaging assets and experiences are configured in Genesys Cloud. For example, supported WhatsApp Media Carousel templates are created in Genesys Cloud and submitted to Meta for approval.
