Delete a library

Genesys Cloud enables administrators to delete response libraries through the Interaction Assets menu. To delete a library, users must navigate to Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interaction Assets > Canned Responses, select the Libraries section, and click the Delete Library option in the Actions column for the target library, then confirm the deletion. A critical consideration is that deleting a library permanently removes all responses contained within it. This action requires "Responses > All > All" permissions. The deletion process is irreversible, making it essential for administrators to verify library contents before proceeding with removal.
