Description
On the effective date, Genesys Cloud will deprecate the AI Guides V1 feature. AI Studio now includes Guides V2 as the default version when creating guides.

Am I affected?
As previously announced, Genesys will no longer support Guides V1 as of the effective date.
What do I need to do before the EOL date?
Genesys recommends transitioning to Guides V2 or agentic virtual agent before the effective date. For more information, see Transition existing AI Guides to the updated model.
