Mobile journey tracking overview
Use Predictive Engagement APIs and action maps to track the of your app users. When a customer performs the actions you specify in your action map, Predictive Engagement observes the journey of the user, and proactively engages with them by initiating a messaging offer. Use the app events APIs to send your mobile app events. Create an action map to configure the actions that initiate a messaging offer or allow an advanced orchestration offer.
