Install Genesys Enhanced TTS from the AppFoundry
Genesys Enhanced Text-to-Speech (TTS) converts text into natural sounding language available in various voices across supported languages. Neural networks allow Genesys Enhanced TTS to produce high-quality audio and provide a better user experience for customers across IVR and voice bots, including Dialog Engine Bot Flows.
After you accept the terms and conditions from the AppFoundry, you can select Genesys Enhanced TTS in voice and bot flows. For more information, see Select a TTS engine and voice for a flow.
