Cancel your SMS short code service
If at some point in time you need to cancel your SMS short code service, you will need to compile the following information and send it to GenesysCloudShortCodes@genesys.com.
- Organization ID
- Short code number
- Short code region (US, CA, UK)
- Date of cancellation
- Reason for cancellation
Cancellation requests need to be received 5 business days prior to the short code renewal date in order to prevent charges from appearing on your next invoice.
