Edit a note for an organization

Note: You can only edit or delete notes that you entered.

For information about the types of notes you can capture for organizations and contacts, see . To see the notes that an agent enters during an interaction, view the Interaction History. For more information, see

  1. Click Directory > External Contacts.
  2. Click Menu > Contacts > External Contacts and Organizations.
  3. Click the Organizations tab.
  4. (Optional) If necessary, .
  5. Click the organization.
  6. In the Notes section, to the right of the note, click More .
  7. Click Edit.
  8. Make the changes.
  9. Click Save.
