Global phone provisioning service

A new Genesys Cloud global phone provisioning service simplifies phone provisioning for organizations that use Genesys Cloud Voice. The service allows for the use of a universal URL (phonediscovery.mypurecloud.com) and supports the use of the Polycom Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) service. Telephony network topology map 

Telephony administrators can now view their telephony network topology on a world map and drill down to sites and telephony objects, such as phones, Edge devices, and trunks, to see details and troubleshooting information. For more information, see View the topology map for telephony.
