How do I create a group?

Members of an organization must have permission to create groups. For admins, see Create groups (admins). For non-admins, see Create groups (non-admins).

Note: By default, non-admin users do not have permission to create groups. If you think you should have permission to create groups, contact your Genesys Cloud Administrator.
