View available decision tables

Feature coming soon

View the decision tables that are available in your organization for the division to which your user role has access. A decision table can be in one of the following three states:

  • Draft – A decision table that is being worked on and has not been published yet.
  • Unpublished – A decision table that contains a published version and few unpublished changes in draft state.
  • Published – A decision table that is complete and is published. This decision table is ready to be used in Architect flows for further use.

To view decision tables that are available in your organization, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Rule-Based Decisions, click Decision Tables. The Decision Tables page opens.
  3. Click Menu > Orchestration > Rule-Based Decisions > Decision Tables
  4. This page lists all the decision tables in the org. View a decision table and its associated information.
    1. Select a decision table to view the associated rules. You can copy any decision table to duplicate the configuration and save it under a different name. When you copy decision tables, you might occasionally see the target draft decision table having zero rows. This is because the operation is processing in the background and the rows have not been duplicated completely. Genesys recommends that you exit the decision table page briefly and reopen the page to view the newly created decision table.
    2. To view the configuration of a decision table, click the Setup tab.
    3. To view the configuration of a decision table that was last published, click the Published tab. This is the configuration that was last published and is currently in use by any Architect flow.
    4. To view an unpublished or draft decision table, click the Draft tab. You can continue to edit the decision table, as required.
  5. You can delete any decision table that is in draft state and any unpublished or published tables that are not part of any flows.
