Use the Genesys Cloud desktop app to run WebRTC Media Helper
In addition to using the WebRTC Media Helper with a browser, you can use it with the Genesys Cloud desktop app. To do so, you’ll start the Genesys Cloud desktop app with a special command line switch.
- Download Genesys Cloud Desktop for Windows app.
- Deploy the desktop app > Deploy as a WebRTC Media Helper.
