Enable a policy

Policies are automatically enabled when you save them. If you disable a policy, you can reenable it.

1. Click Admin.
2. Under Quality, click Policies.
3. Click Menu > Conversational Intelligence > Recording and Policies > Policies.
4. Select the check box next to the policy.
5. Click Enable Selected Policies.
