Genesys has focused its efforts on following the standards set forth in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2 Level AA, Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act (corrected January 22, 2018), and EN 301 549 (V3.1.1 & V3.2.1) and shall make every reasonable effort to conform with such standards.

Genesys Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) which document our conformance to these requirements are available in the following section.
