Use the external LCD to navigate the Edge Standard v3/v2

To enter the Genesys Cloud Edge Standard v3 / v2 external LCD menu, press the right arrow. The LCD panel displays System and navigation icons.

The LCD panel can display the following submenus and items in each submenu.

Note: You cannot provision IPv6 on the Edge LCD.

Note: To export Edge logs to USB memory use the LCD menu path Diagnostics > Copy Today’s Logs to E:. Use this option to download Edge logs for support, when the Edge is offline.

Note: When you modify any settings, the Genesys Cloud Edge LCD panel prompts you to Apply Changes. Ensure that you press the appropriate LCD panel button to confirm those changes. Pressing the button that is associated with the X will cancel your changes.
