Genesys Cloud – New Genesys Cloud Administrator menu category

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce a new menu category to the Administrator home page, positioned next to the Architect section. This addition lays the groundwork for powerful new AI-focused capabilities and reflects our ongoing investment in helping administrators and power users unlock greater efficiency through AI. While the underlying structure of the Admin UI remains unchanged, users with the appropriate permissions may notice a slight shift in existing menu items to accommodate this new section. No functionality is being removed. This update simply makes room for what’s next.
