In a future release, the Genesys Cloud Resource Center will move to help.genesys.cloud. This update aligns the Resource Center with Genesys Cloud branding, improves navigation throughout the site, enhances the usability of the release notes, and introduces better localization support.
Better navigation
- A redesigned menu bar makes it easier to find content.
- Each article includes a table of contents that allows for quick access to key sections.
Release notes enhancements
- A new two-column layout for both the home page and detail pages reduces scrolling.
- Automatically expanded release notes improves on-page search efficiency.
- A table of contents enables faster navigation within each week’s release notes.
- The FedRamp toggle button appears in a new position.
Improved localization
- Genesys Cloud is partnering with a new localization vendor to enhance translation quality.
- You can access all supported languages from the Languages list.
Note: If you bookmarked Resource Center pages, Genesys automatically redirects to the new site. However, after the transition, Genesys recommends that you update your bookmarks and links for direct access.
